For this project, you will work in small groups to design and manufacture an organizer to be used in classrooms at Duxbury High School.

The organizer will serve as a kind of bridge between the students and the teacher, all of whom will use the device.

The initial target classroom must be one that most of the people in the group have classes in.

For the design process, the groups will need to interview the teacher of the classroom, and also interview students who have classes there.

There will be several physical versions of the organizer:

Paper Prototype

Coroplast Prototype

Wooden model

Mass Production model

The groups will also create

A survey to be taken by the teacher and students

Computer Aided Design renderings of the organizer and the parts which make it up.

A written explanation of what the organizer is and how it can be used.

This project will take approximately a half term, and will conclude at the end of term 1.
